Before you buy
Pre-purchase survey
A property is always shown freshly painted. What makes a renovation expensive is rarely what you can see on the viewing day. Before you commit, we go and look at it with a builder's eye.
Structure and roof
The two things that can turn a purchase into a problem, and the hardest to judge from photographs.
Services
Electrics, plumbing and drainage: whether they can be kept or whether the whole lot has to come out.
Windows and insulation
What the property will cost you to heat and cool once you are living in it.
What can be changed
Which walls can come down and which are holding the building up. It decides whether your plan is possible.

Are you an estate agency?
No, and that is rather the point. We are builders. We help you find the plot or the property and, above all, we tell you what it would really take to turn it into what you want.
Can you come and see a property I have found?
Yes. That is exactly what the pre-purchase survey is for. It is far cheaper to look before signing than to find out afterwards.
Is it better to buy to renovate or to build new?
It depends on the property, the plot and what you want. Neither is automatically better. What we can do is put the two options side by side with real information instead of assumptions.
Do you work outside the Maresme?
We work in Mataró, the Maresme and Barcelona. Local knowledge matters here: we know how the councils in the area work and what to expect from each type of property.

We carry out the work. Design, building and finishes with the same team, so you are not starting the search for a builder from scratch.
